Are you a friendly, super organised individual with experience in administrative work? 

If you’re an admin whiz with excellent communication skills and attention to detail, we want you to join our dynamic marketing agency!

In this versatile role, you’ll use your magic to create and send invoices, reconcile accounts, capture and manage receipts, and carry out other general office tasks as needed. You will be performing light HR administrative jobs. Proficiency with accounting software Xero is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and send invoices to clients
  • Reconciliation to ensure accounts are accurate
  • Capture and manage receipts for expenses with precision
  • Perform general office tasks, such as answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Manage account emails
  • Transactional queries
  • Credit control
  • Managing service billing/renewals
  • Office supplies
  • Manage Direct Debits
  • Paying suppliers/services
  • Assist with other finance-related tasks as needed
  • Light HR duties such as starter packs

 

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative work
  • Proficiency with accounting software (preferably Xero, Google Sheets)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Math and English
  • Tech savvy

Salary details:

  • Part-time / full time position available 
  • Salary of £23,000 FTE equivalent / pro rata where applicable
