You will have the opportunity to work with exciting and vibrant SME and global businesses. You will be part of the web development process, from the conception of an idea to the final product. Once a site is live, it will need ongoing maintenance and problem-solving to keep it working seamlessly. You will be an important member of our skilled team with the opportunity for future growth.

Ideal Web Developer Candidate

• A natural problem solver with the ability to efficiently ‘Solve’ problems
• Passionate about all things web
• Proactive in listening to podcasts, exploring new techniques and growing your skills
• Willingness to learn, put in the work, thrive on the feedback and collaborate to grow your skills
• Adoption and experince of AI in web. Actively exploring on where you can push the boudries of web creation
• Experience in front-end web development (either commercial or via development courses)
• Understanding of WordPress CMS
• Experience with web mark-up, including HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
• Experience with web frameworks e.g. Bootstrap, Tailwind etc.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite
• Understanding and experience of website design, including best practice and usability
• Must work well in a team and independently
• Managing and interacting with, and presenting work to clients
• Understanding of mobile-friendly design
• Ability to work to deadlines/budgets
• Experience with PHP
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Understanding of web server management, e.g. DNS, Cloudflare, FTP
• Ability to create website designs
• Understanding of the back-end environment
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• Experience with Shopify
• Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing

We’d like to see examples of any work you have undertaken in the digital area, incl: websites, graphic design, image editing, information architecture, and examples of usability improvements. We may also ask you to complete a test task.

Salary Details

• Full-time position 40 hours per week with paid 30 min lunch break included
• Salary depends on experience and the value you can bring to Solve
