EA Job Description
- Position: EA
- Location: Nansledan, near Newquay
- Type: Full-time/Part-time
As Executive Assistant, you’ll be the “right-hand person” to our Chief Solver, playing a crucial role in unleashing Solve Magic through seamless organization, flexible team integration, and providing a professional, friendly client introduction to Solve.
Personal Assistance:
- Provide direct support to the Chief Solver (CS) in all aspects of daily work
- Manage the CS’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Exercise discretion in time management and keep the CS informed of priorities
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and special projects
Business Administration:
- Manage and triage company emails
- Handle company mail and correspondence
- Organize company events, team meetings, and visitor arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes
Project Co-Ordination & Administration:
- Onboard new clients and facilitate smooth transitions to project teams
- Arrange client meetings for project teams as needed
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite
- Strong project planning and organizational skills
- High emotional intelligence and individual responsibility
- Client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and work independently
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Personable & professional client-facing demeanour
- Manage multiple or competing deadlines
- Structured delivery of work through excellent organization and planning skills
- Clear & effective communication
- Able to be persuasive in communication
- Demonstrates understanding of when a decision can be made and when to involve others
- High standard of written English

Salary Details
- Full-time position: 40 hours/week (including paid 30-min lunch break)
- Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (based on experience and value contribution)
