Any priority 1 critical issue (Website down or major functionality broken) flagged out of hours will be alerted to our on-call developers.
We aim to respond as soon as someone is available. If out of hours, any emergency work will be subject to the emergency out-of-hours rate (£150 + VAT for a minimum of one hour or two hours retainer time). Hosting emergencies is included in your hosting package.
