Digital Graphic Designer Job
Role and Responsibilities
The UX / UI Designer is responsible for taking a client brief, and in collaboration with SEO experts, organising an effective site map, creating wireframes that are all about the best UX, and then applying your creative designer wand to make it look amazing! Working with our talented developers (or maybe you have some dev experience yourself!) you will turn your designs into reality, solving our client’s needs whilst adhering to accessibility, eco and best practice principles.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Liaising with clients, project managers and SEO specialists to determine the scope of a project and understand the goal of the website
- Creating page mock-ups in XD or Figma
- Presenting design concepts to the project manager, agency director and clients
- Collaborate with web developers to create website outcomes that prioritise user experience within timeframes and budgets
- Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels
- Take feedback from clients or managers and implement it according to the brief
Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent awareness of UI/UX principles
- Understanding the ‘Why’ – importance of following the brief and understanding of the audience and goals
- Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch
- Strong command of colour theory, image composition, and typography
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofing of work

Salary Details
- Full-time position 40 hours per week with paid 30 min lunch break included
- Estimated £23,000 to £28,000 – Salary depends on experience and the value you can bring to Solve
