We’re looking for a creative, trend-aware Content Creator who lives and breathes social media. This role is all about ideas, execution, and culture, from brainstorming standout content to filming on the ground and turning strategy into scroll-stopping posts.
You’ll own social content from concept to publish across multiple brands, including our Solve in-house content. You’ll also form part of the content team, creating weekly blog content across a number of verticals, as well as monthly newsletters. You’ll be hands-on with filming, writing, editing, scheduling, and approvals, and you’ll play an active role in shaping how brands show up online.

What You’ll Do
- Create, film or shoot, and edit social-first content (posts, stories, reels)
- Shoot content at events, launches, milestones, and in-office moments
- Brainstorm creative ideas, formats, and campaigns for multiple brands
- Stay on top of creator, influencer, and platform trends, and apply them in smart, on-brand ways
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars
- Write engaging captions and repurpose long-form content into short-form
- Plan, write and publish blogs
- Plan, write, and schedule monthly newsletters
- Schedule content and manage approvals
- Keep an eye on performance and apply learnings to future content
- Manage reporting and analysis
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- Creative thinker with a genuine interest in social media culture
- Strong writing skills with a flexible tone of voice
- Photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- An eye for visual storytelling and content strategy
- Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, what works, what doesn’t and how to use insights and metrics to evolve and improve
- Experience planning content calendars with a strategic edge, based on the aforementioned metrics
- Confidence creating short-form social content
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable owning your workload
Nice-to-Haves
- Management of workload in project management tool
- Experience looking at insights and optimising content based on this data
- An understanding of how psychology and human behaviour can be applied to marketing
- Growth hacking strategies
