Following a successful business growth strategy and the addition of four new staff members, a new office was needed to enable the company to continue to grow and develop to its full potential. A fish is unable to grow in a small pond, and although it was a creative hub, anyone who previously visited ‘Shedquarters’ can vouch for the size restrictions our previous office presented!

Growth, Development and Pot Plants…
Late night trips to Ikea, bespoke office desks and installing a whole network of new computers, Lawrence spent weeks burning the midnight oil to prepare the new Solve Web Media office and make it ready for opening on 20th August 2018.
Solve Web Media M.D Lawrence Harmer takes pride in creating an inspirational and energetic working environment for his staff where surf lessons, developmental growth training, dinners out and even dolphin-spotting boat trips are commonplace experiences for the Solve Web Media team. The plans for the new office reflected the exemplary employer ethos by including hydraulic height adjustable standing/sitting desks to redress posture problems, an array of indoor plants to increase happiness and productivity, and enlisted the services of an occupational therapist to ensure that staff are comfortable and healthy in their new working environment.
The office is located on Higher Trevornick Business Park on the Atlantic Highway in North Cornwall; a scenic route which follows the beautiful coastline from Barnstaple in Devon all the way to Newquay in Cornwall.
