We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to help drive performance across, content, social, email, and digital campaigns for our clients and for Solve itself.
This role is about making marketing work in the real world — turning strategy into action, ideas into measurable results, and plans into growth. You’ll work across multiple brands and sectors, supporting campaign delivery, content execution, performance tracking, and optimisation across channels.
You’ll be hands-on, curious, data-aware, and commercially switched-on — comfortable jumping between creative thinking and analytical execution. One day you might be helping shape a content plan, the next analysing performance data, building a campaign calendar, or supporting SEO and website growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of multi-channel digital marketing strategies across client accounts and Solve’s in-house brand
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns across:
- Content marketing
- Social media
- Email marketing
- Help manage and deliver content calendars and campaign plans
- Write and support creation of:
- Website content
- Blog posts
- Social content
- Email newsletters
- Assist with website optimisation and conversion-focused improvements
- Track performance across channels and produce clear reporting and insights
- Use data to inform optimisation and future strategy
- Work closely with SEO, web, design and content teams on integrated campaigns
- Support campaign setup, delivery, and optimisation
- Manage tasks and workflows through internal project management systems
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- Genuine interest in digital marketing as a growth driver, not just content creation
- Strong written communication skills
- Understanding of core digital channels:
- SEO
- Social media
- Email marketing
- Content marketing
- Comfortable working with data, insights, and performance metrics
- Organised, proactive, and reliable
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Curious mindset — always learning, testing, and improving
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with:
- SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Search Console)
- Email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- CMS platforms (WordPress)
- Project management tools
- Understanding of:
- Conversion optimisation
- User journeys
- Behavioural psychology in marketing
- Performance marketing fundamentals
- Experience working in an agency environment
